From a parc to a town
The project seeks to propose both urban and architectural interventions that constitute a
cultural tour that connects the settlements belonging to the neighborhood of La Balanza and the Plaza serves as the basis of an urban order. It is sought that it can be used as a prototype
for the formation of cultural neighborhoods.

From temporal space to a permanent one...
The theme of the thesis focuses on the fields of social architecture, cultural, urbanism and use of
unconventional construction systems as a solution to the land of the so-called Lima informal that require infrastructure. An Arts Center with a focus on Theatre is proposed Street map as a nucleus of cultural-urban intervention to the Balance.
From this arises recover and highlight the nascent identity of a cultural neighborhood, for which areas will be intervened strategic throughout the 11 human settlements that make up the neighborhood, in order to consolidate a cultural path that serves as the basis for a long-term urban reorganization.

The latter wants to merge the first levels with the contextual public space, will form a Alameda in the first level that will pass through the middle of the project, we want to invite the users enter the spaces where they can practice street art, it is intended that the children and young people practice the theater that is the way that this neighborhood is currently expressed, already that from FITECA we also want to practice different forms of art, such as muralism and open workshops that complement the dissemination of their art.
The fit of the project with the shape of the terrain was raised based on the axes, vectors and the relationship with the environment, since we have a slope of 10 meters, it was decided that the construction will be it would integrate the shape of the hill, play with the levels so that there is a connection between the street and the spaces of interaction.

As for the shape in the lace, an orthogonal pattern was followed and for the shape of the last level which is the area of the school, followed a pattern of triangular modules that formed the structuring, the base and the walls and the roof of that framework, in the plot a pattern was designed that wilI achieve the integration of these two forms
For the structure the concept of the arboriform form was taken. Hence this system is used for the design of the theatre school. As we take the structure of nature as design strategy.
