SENSORY

adjective - Sensation or physical senses, a feeling.

HAVEN

noun - A refuge or a place of safety.

Sensory Haven is a place where people can reconnect with their inner child and rekindle their creativity. In our bustling urban lives, filled with technology and fast-paced living, we often lose touch with our senses and live monotonous, uninspiring lives. Sensory Haven aims to change that.

At the heart of Sensory Haven is an art space that serves as the central core.

Here, both kids and adults can experience art in a way that bridges the gap between playfulness and creativity.

The art space offers interactive exhibits, workshops, and installations that encourage imagination and self-expression.

In addition to the art space, Sensory Haven features a sensory playground that engages all the senses. From tactile sculptures to mesmerizing light and sound displays, the playground invites visitors to explore and indulge in sensory delights.

To ensure a holistic experience, Sensory Haven provides relaxation areas where guests can unwind and reflect.

The facade

For the façade, we employed a two-layer approach. The exterior layer features a modern aesthetic characterized by glass and aluminum, while the interior layer showcases exhibition areas suspended over a bridge that guides visitors through the reception and gift store.

The entry

The entry, Reception are is an space that has also this exposition area. For the space we wanted to create some kind of uneasy feeling that comes from a white room combined with the parametric shapes as a sneak peack of what comes after.
